Everyone in there should have eye protection on at all times. Recommend you watch you vid again with that and other PPE in mind. Other then that I do love your planes.

Working at places with high production, like "Gem Top Canopies" this space is actively almost dead of activity! I I know because I broke production record with 184% production, then later with 186%! You need to hire an employee use to production, like at Gem Top an be a proficiency Expert! The right guy in that shop could double+ production! Be caught up in production rather than always catch up which makes for errors an safety issues! Thanks, Tim p.s. lighting is so poor, that place needs many times the lighting, along with directional lighting on specific tasks stations! You need people in production stations an people capable of many an all stations (there were only two of us at Gem Top that travelled all shop stations, guess who one of those employee was? Yep, me!) I cut all aluminum metal extrusion an after cutting millions of parts" never cut one piece in error, THIS IS THE TYPE OF EMPLOYEE YOU NEED, increase lighting, organize entire shop for production an quality/safety (Safety for not only employees but customers that use your products!) (Jerry, business top manager asked me to move with him to another job site where he started making parts for Space Shuttle!) Find an Hire Employees like these an organize, organize, organize! You can turn that shop from what I'm seeing to a real production site! Tim
