Another video diverting away from the usual aeromodelling to give an update on my modelling Day-Van conversion.
In this update I show how and why I have added structure the way that I have. Mainly based on a test week away, and using the lessons learned on that trip.

Hi Danny, Ian here, we spoke today at the Pontefract scale comp. Really nice to speak to you and pick your scale comp brain. You might have single handedly altered the entire course of my winter building plans....I see a Chipmunk in my future!!!. Nice update on the van and it was nice to see it in the "metal" today.

Fantastic! Really good to chat yesterday Ian. Cracking day wasn't it. Really makes all the effort filming and editing worthwhile when somebody comes and says hi and gets something out of my ramblings. Another chap said hi at the model Builders show, his name has already slipped my brain. I am really not safe to be let out the house these days!

Talking of insulation Danny it would be a good idea mate 👍 The temperature in a van can be really excessive!

Yes agreed Mick, that week at Buckminster it was in direct sunlight, and did get warm. Ceiling is now up, but i can always revisit if it gets bad. The idea isnt to sleep in it.
