Aerosus suspension review - multiple failures

Video showing faulty brand new Aerosus suspension for my W164.
Ordered in May 2015, the first side failed almost immediately with a metallic grinding noise.
Then the other side failed when it leaked all the oil out.
The company replaced both of them under warranty, however one of the replacement units was faulty out of the box.
As you can see the unit is brand new but has a horrible noise when compressed - and it sounds much worse inside the car!
The other replacement unit has also since failed, with the damping function gone in two weeks.
I am currently getting Aerosus to refund my money due to 4 separate failures, but they have refused so far.
Update July 2016: Aerosus have finally refunded my money and I have bought replacements from another company.

I can exactly repeat everything you wrote!! I got replaced parts for my R-class totally four times between November 2016 and November 2018. Some of them was already faulty in box. I got only one refunded, the reason was "because the have already sent me replacement parts". It means the replaced ones guaranteetime is not start running again- at all! I cant understand in which way this company stay alive!! The parts are totally crap!! NEVER, NEVER again a part from Aerosus, never! I bought a Bilstein to the other side and decided to use the Aerosus replacement until it is brake down again. I did, it was time for the yearly technical test. 40 km and it was already broken and the car was not accepted in test, talking of high quality as they promise on their homepages. The Bilstein was perfect, not the price:) You can not get good for cheep.

Glad i didnt order put my card information in but something told me to pull the name up on utube and thanks to yall im not getting them from this place

Bought for my Range Rover - failed almost immediately due to a manufacturing defect and very noisy. People seem to think all their products are manufactured in Germany - well - they will not answer questions on that and you may find they are made in the Far East or wherever with poor QC - nice boxes don't make a good product. They will replace it but for what, more junk. Best buy OEM with in country back up as they have ZERO in country back up and now will not reply to reasonable questions.

Aerosus are crap. Sent me out wrong airbags. Order another pair and send back wrong ones they sent. There website picks up your cookies from computers the price stays the same but postage goes up. Seems a bit scammy. They haven’t refunded the postage for the second set. It was there mistake. They should sort it
