It does require maintenence on this clutch, every few weeks. I had it daily on my BWS 125 which is 218cc upgraded motor. It's a good clutch but the clutch plates wear kinda fast and need replacement. I finally took it off and went back my Koso one.
@@wsmaga yes,The web site has service manual on how to tune your front roller weight for the weight of rider to the Reveno clutch.I did that, plus the torque spring(contra spring).I got to were it was max rpm .The best it would do for my Kymco Agility 50 was 36 to 39 mph. With what I had which was the NYC clutch was 42 to 45 mph,so I went back.I ask for a return they said no returns. It not stated on the web site or invoice on no returns.
Too much fur clutch my opinion. Proper tuning of a traditional perc driver, variator clutch bell does wonders. The Yamaha 155cc aerox engine is no slouch either. I have a 158 cc in my Zuma. Clutch slipping is not a problem. It probably would if I didn't maintain it properly.
