The 'rattling' dry clutch is a status symbol in motorcycling. Just like the whine of gears from gear driven cams.

If you want a happy medium on the sliders ive seen alot of people use 3x12g and 3x14g sliders

This is the kind of centrifugal clutch design that should be in-use/available within the power-sports market. (Go-carts, mini-bikes & the like) ;)

Thats nice.. Sometimes the problem of the cvt in scooters is the dragging and vibration when you take off.. that kind of a cluth asseble is very good i think.. Bec the pad doesnt slide with the bell

I have a 150cc with a 58mm kit with a full ported and cut head to 25 and I have a total of 54 grams in the variator and it makes your bike take off a whole lot faster without messing with the gearing and the other tip is to try to make a build with no starter flywheel my current bike doesn’t have the big starter flywheel and it helps a whole lot with the acceleration

Awesome bro,git a question, if i do something similar do i need upgrade my carburetor also instead of stock carburetor, i got a 125cc nibbi racing carburetor, just curious, would i get even better results and performance, i just haven't had the time to install it,i work a lot,so far your videos have been very helpful to me understanding the gy6 engine of my new bike since im a new rider an new gesr head of having to wrench on my bike to lesrn.

I'll look but hope Reveno makes that clutch for the BMW C600/C650/C650GT which all use the same clutch and needs this system! It will get better as it beds in.

you should probably use the 2 face curoa wire due to its flexibility and better durability. I also just switch to the DrPulley 12.5gram. Those things sure perform better but also noiser as hell and more expensive. (4 times the price for the roller origin)

Hey Matt I just ordered this item with the contra spring. What size is the contra spring and what size rollers or sliders to start off with

is it individual roller weight or total roller weight factor that effects the variator movement? because some people mix their roller weight in one variator.

Hello, I'm johnboy and new to gy6'ing i have a icebear mojo magic 150cc trike with a chain, so my question is do i also have a belt on the bike under the aluminum cover on the lefthand side. I've had to charge out carburetor. Because i didn't know about foam air filter oil and there special oil needed. The problem now is the bike seems to be jerky after a stop. It's coming from rearend and goes away once i get some speed. Is it because of chair or a bad belt under that cover. Help... Follow up question the bike has kick start but it hard and seems to not Recoil. I have bad hip on right side so i have purchased a battery jumper device if needed.

Hi man. Just out of topic question from your video. What do you call that round female socket where you attach that rear paddock stand? Wanting to remove my center stand to make my scoot lighter but will need a rear paddock stand if ever i have to fix the cvt and all. Thanks

I wish they made this for a 50cc QMB139. I'm building a TaoTao 50cc. Putting in a Naraku 54.2mm big bore kit matching Naraku big valve head. And 44mm stroker crank. With a Naraku super transmission kit, and bigger carb. This clutch would be the icing on the cake.

Best I have seen is a brand called LCR racing for minarelli. they are a small company like Team Cristofolini and only produce to order, but it went with the 2fast billet torque driver. The Stage6 torque control clutch is a formidable clutch too, you can adjust pretty much anything about it

I just wanna share my scoot. 😊 I got Honda click 150i and I'm using a flyball 3x 12g mixed with 3x 15g all stack except that I removed the speed limiter at the ECU. From 126 kmph in a center stand to 146 kmph

Is there any upgrade or modify suggestion that I can do to make my gy6 150cc scooter more fuel efficient?

I have a cheap Chinese .49cc scooter with a CF 250cc engine stuffed in it. I'm looking for a better clutch for it after a bit more power and a gear up kit. Would love to know if this clutch is made for the larger engines. The engine is still stock but with a slight advance to the timing and I'm sick of the clutch getting hot when I ride it hard. Makes it hard to do wheelies when the clutch is slipping and chattering. This design looks to be the answer toy prayers, if one is made for my engine.

New to the scooter gearing side. I have a Gilera Runner VXR 200 that I like to do some wheele and im not really good at it. I want the bike to come up by its self, I got the polini 9roller variator, polini kV belt and the polini clutch & bell kit adjustable springs tension, but I haven't installed anything as of yet just want to know what I need or should or shouldn't I put them nee parts in? To help with the ringing..... this thought is dependent how hot the outer "bell" gets, could you take a slice out of a lawnmower tire inner tube (think huge rubber band) and stretch it over the outer portion to act as sound dampening?

Sweet clutch! Can you point me towards the part used to change your gearing? Also have you done a top speed run video? The fastest ruck I've seen on youtube is only in the 70's but I dont think they changed the gearing.

so its basicly the reveno r whole set of convensional motorcycle clutch such as c70,but the spring replaced n relocated with roller..tq sir this is 1st time im knew this

I want one of these, but I have an AF16 with a corsa. I know that they make one for the DIO / AF16 but I HAVE GOT TO be able to adjust the engagement. Like its not gonna work for them to just send one with a set engagement.
