Ah dam this is so true. Most odds in the crowd float crazy. This person did great. The comment below has never been to a show and needs a dose of un loneliness.
@@ImmortalIdeas you're saying I've never been to a show? because I enjoy watching live videos on youtube? I can like live videos and live irl performances. last year I saw brother ali and OME twice before the pandy started
@@slothbro2740 no that the fact is I've seen tons of bad recordings. Surely you have aswell. I worked for Ozz fest for 11 yrs as a music promoter and seen all kinds of mistakes. So I think this person is saying this was a great recording of this event.
The little smile on his face when the crow sings the chorus of nightlight warms my heart up man. Aes deserves so much for his contribution to hiphop in general. It's insane that most people will never know or even recognize how wildly talented this man is. Props to Aes for doing what he does!!
He made two tracks (daylight/nightlight) with mirror image verses. Absolutely brilliant. He hates performing daylight but nightlight is his jam. Rap artists tend to hate their most popular music. Mostly because people want the artist to regurgitate it for their own nostalgic factor. Member berries! 🍇
@@johnpollaro8059 see I've seen him a few times and he never performed it. It's my favorite song of his so I wouldn't have missed it. I've always wanted to hear it live for my buddy who passed
A tight and well polished record, no doubt. But this is 2020 calling, have you heard about the Spirit World Field Guide? Hop on it. Sick like Covid, my friend.
I love watching Atmosphere's live version of God Loves Ugly right after this. Opposite (but hilarious) reaction to audience singing makes me laugh every time. Difference between introverted v extroverted genius?
wonder if he interchanged the lyrics on purpose or not. I heard him say in an interview that even he has to look at them sometimes, cause they are so dense and hard to remember.
even thought this is a 7 year old comment, I think he remembers his singles the most for live shows (mystery fish has kinda shown that) but if hes to dig into his back catalogue for live shows I cant blame him for freestyling a little bit when he forgets lyrics, I could listen for months and still not figure out every word to one of his albums
So I played orchestra. We had to play graduation music every year. We had 2000+ people every year graduating. The first year it was hard, and it is hard to play one song for more than 45 minutes. By the time I was a Junior everyone was practicing the same song before the performance in double, triple time, replacing 1/4 notes with thirds, and random ass key changes to keep it fresh. Ase is an artist. I could see him not liking to play the one song everyone wants him to play the exact same way.
How seemengly he fused the 2 Versions togheter amazes me, like no pauses whatsoever, it feels like he already made a "eveninglight" text just for this situation
TurboHabenaro17 honestly a lot of rappers seem really smart based upon their lyricis and being able to rhyme/flow so effortlessly...at times its really pretty amazing and simply i dont know how some can do it
@@nzbg1132 me bitch, I use an AI model I programmed and use it to find rhymes in multiple languages and rap in them whilst mixing them together and rhyming with them at the same time, except for English I don't sound very articulate in the other ones except when I rap
I can’t tell you that it is, but it’s likely. Alex has done cover art for Aes, and referenced in a song where Aes says Alex drew him a bat tattoo that he has.
If that ain't one of god's magnifying lenses vocally slabbed out metaphorically with incredible passion by a wolf in sheep's clothing then I don't know what the f*ck im watching. some dope ass shit for real though.
Yes, if anyone for whom English is a 2nd language puts in the work to learn Aesop, they will know English better than most English-speaking people! Much respect to those putting in the time.
Devin Drasad No it's not lol. I will grant you that a lot of people are bad live, but not all. He does these weird accents in his songs that make him stand out, but that's all completely lost in his live performances.
