I love how SMCU is slowly building the world of the story tho I'm really curious how Irene & Seulgi's unit is really connected to the story because there's a theory that they are actually the Black Mamba or something and Red Velvet are one of the villains because they keep on killing either each other or others (remember what Giselle was writing during Ep 1? velour = villain). You'll notice it more if you check all of the content of I&S unit debut. The two of them dropped hints as to how they're connected to the Black Mamba and Kwangya. >If you check Monster, it talks about having another you (perhaps ae?) which you either control or controls you (Seulgi was controlling the monster in the choreo but it ended with Irene beign in control). >In (episode 1) Naughty, you can see how Irene and Seulgi always mirror each other and they were in different dimensions until they suddenly bumped into each other during the intro although at the end of the video, they went separate ways where Irene went to the real world (?) and Seulgi went to the digital world (?). >In Episode 2, there were two Irenes dancing until the other turned into Seulgi while in Episode 3, Seulgi danced to Uncover (her solo song which talks about being who you are) but she keeps on glitching in the video. >For their Monster dance video, you'll actually see the Black Mamba slithering in the background. When they did the SM concert at the start of the year (that is the one the GOT the Beat performance was from), you could tell that various artists from the company took various levels of interest in the whole adding Kwangya to everything SM. They probably filmed this shortly before they filmed the MVs of their upcoming stuff. BTW on the lines of groups with strong lore, I do hope you get back to Billlie with Ring X Ring and their story videos.

As a musician and who loves kpop Savage for me is the best among the trilogy. I mean, I cant describe how dafaq they made that song but they made it pretty good. The pre chorus sticks out to me and the complicated af ending was just mind boggling, theres literally no tonic on the ending but still sings main and adlib vocals, THATS FREAKING HARD TO DOOOOOOO. The timing to either sing or miss the note IS HIGH and Savage is just.... just incredible, makes me question what music is cuz that was Trash-Metallic-Phonk AF

Everyone said that Karina is reliable, and Karina said about her worries , which is that the ae-karina is perfect , but real Karina can't be always so perfect. Giselle: criticism of her appearance and . EP 1, Giselle is enjoying the camera and dreams to be a super star, but ep 2 she is fear of the camera,people have been attacking her figure and her appearance . Everyone is watching you, everyone wants to replace you. Winter: misunderstanding of her by others. Saying that she had a bad personality or that she "bully" her teammates, so she turned around and wanted to run away. i think this is also why her eyes turning black? cause Naevis say "never turning back", she didn't run forward but back？ Ningning: Hate comments from all over the Internet (the knife under the keyboard) + nationality controversy (the blood in the video,there also some voice saying "Chinese" in behind). Everyone knows ningning loves "surfing" on internet, all the cute emoji turning bad because of the people attacking her through internet. Last but not least, I'm guessing that Naevis scarified herself to save the girls, as the lyrics in the SAVAGE MV (i know your, scarifies~~) and also, she said that she can't step out/ leaving from FLAT, but in the end of the video, NAEVIS is at the train station :(((((( That's all from me. after that ep.2, my theory was that, as you said bm(black mamba) may actually be someone before, and she got insecured with her ae because people chose to be with the ae instead of her, and the crazy thing is, bm's ae could be naevis! it explains the way bm caused that synk out, why she wants karina to delete the ae, and why she's putting the thought to karina that ae-karina will take her place if she don't delete her account. so eventually, all aes will be synked out and like, she will be back again? or smthg, idk I AM SO INVESTED!

All sm groups indeed connected as I’m a Reveluv I realise there is ae-Irene and roller coaster + unicorn preferences. And especially the train from the SMCU from January, all groups come to Kwangya

I like this series because it explains things that I didn't knew needed explaining :D Besides being an absolute visual eye candy of course. Yeah, this video makes me wonder about the timeline as well. How can they have filmed inside the train that they used in Black Mamba, which was released way back? Also I think it's pretty special that they used multiple animation styles.

Yeah, Savage's lyrics make mention of being "locked up in a glass". Literally all of this has been previewed through their songs thus far, which is interesting from a chronological standpoint.

I' think the episodes are made to visualize the music and this case Savage mini album and made more deep down what happend in the mv and as well is a project who got involved cgi and animation that requires a lot of time if want to look like this in quality it makes a lot of sense the gap betweens episodes and is so much more enjoyable !

They just released a behind the scenes video for this and the girls mention they are filming in November. So around the time Savage was released. SM must have been working on all the animation and VFX since then.

I still hope than SM can involve more they're other groups into that story line EXO/NCT /RED VELVET /GIRLS GENERATION and SUPER JUNIOR they're already in a story but not really invested and actor in it . NCT and RED VELVET talk about KWANGYA in they're songs but not that much so far . maybe this summer the very anticipated comeback of GIRLS GENERATION can change that .

i think there had to be some form of production issues with this episode. for me there is no way that they planned those smcu episodes to be released that way behind their actual comebacks/tracks. a full year between those episodes feels like unplanned circumstances. maybe that was also somewhat covid related. who knows. but i do hope for ep3 to not take another year to come out. 🤞
