Really depends on which team u wanna build. I suggest you watch my team building guide. I emphasized their unique functor requirements for each character in all teams. U can choose one based on ur team com
umm to me, skadi is easy to use and deal a lot damage. those tier S or 1 in many walkthrough/guide kinda difficult to use like requiring marking or charge energy through normal attack or specific skill combo to do huge final damage. Skadi just uses skills anytime when CD finishes and this CD neither short nor long. just good enough.
