No, WCW held Jericho back. WWE showed the world the star Jericho really is. WWE had Jericho beat The Rock and Stone Cold in the same night to become the first ever Undisputed Champion. He was a multiple time intercontinental, world heavyweight, and tag team champion, and former United States Champion. I get that it's the cool thing for AEW die hards to cry about how everyone who used to be in the WWE was held back, buried, or under utilized, but anyone who says WWE held back Jericho is a stupid idiot.

@@tejaybe_sensei I was at the second AEW Dynamite in Boston and I am one of those disheartened old wrestling fans that stopped watching wrestling for the last 15 or so years BUT I brought my 17 year old nephew to the show and he has seen at least 15-20 WWE Shows live and all the way home after the show (with his hoarse voice from screaming all night) he kept telling my wife and I that it was the best pro wrestling show he ever saw! I'm from the ECW/WCW/WWE Attitude era and what I experienced myself was like an ECW meets WCW event from the mid to late 90's. I am very happy to find wrestling I can truly enjoy again and I'm also very happy that my 17 year old nephew can watch an exciting alternative to the lamestream overdone overkill boring show he's been watching.

Its not even close actually, the AEW finally brought back the good old wrestling days! Watching AEW Dynamite is like going back in time and watching the attitude era all over again for me! This is one of my favorite moments in AEW everything about this segment was done so well You got SCU talking about how Sky beat Chris Jericho Sky happy that his high school crush Melody called and they are going out on a date. Then Chris Jericho giving Sky a AEW title match "It's official we shook hands" then Jurassic Express come out to help fight off the inner circle. This is how you make a great moment in wrestling.

Growing up watching wrestling in the late 90s and early 2000s chris was someone I always paid attention too but I always had other favorites and never gave him the credit he deserves, as of late thinking back I cant help but smile because he is great at what he does and is all around a great role model in and outside of wrestling. Glad to see the "older guys" still hanging and even out working the young guys.

There's no doubt he's a huge Chris Jericho fan. I was acquaintances with Schuyler in high school. We attended Montclair High in Southern California at the height of the backyard wrestling craze. He even came out on Fox 11s Undercover Report on backyard wrestling. He was known as SKY2J in school lol he was a great guy in school. Glad to see he reached his dreams.
