Nice ride. As you say that initial climb is tough. Last year I did the W2 trail starting from the other trail head & stopped at the cafe at the bottom of the climb for my halfway break. The massive fry-up I ate didn't make the climb any easier.
Some of those trails are pretty rough on you. smalll embedded stones for mile on mile...😄 Had a big off on one of the rocky descents back to the centre a few years ago.
