These fertility affirmations are designed to bring your mind into alignment with attitudes that support optimal functioning in your mind and body, which has the potential to improve egg quality and enhance fertility over time. Listen regularly to this fertility meditation to help the notions soak in to your conscious and subconscious mind. Give yourself the full experience by finding a quiet place where you can relax and fully take in the experience. Or you can listen while you are doing other things if that helps you find time for this practice. Sound quality is best on headphones.
You'll find 25 minutes of heartfelt affirmations followed by 5 minutes peaceful music for you to relax to.
(Please note: there are three affirmations with references to one's partner at 16-17 minutes in the recording. If you are on this path without a partner, you can just let these statements go by, or you can substitute with the of other people who might play a caregiving roll in your child's life.)

I love this and have added it to my daily practice while TTC. Thank you for sharing it. In terms of feedback, I would say that I usually find much shorter affirmations easier to work with e.g. about 10 words. That way I can repeat them to myself over and over during my day. But still, this recording is very beautiful and full of wise thoughts.

Thank you very much. I am 40 and I been trying to get pregnant for more than 15years. I have an adult child, but have no children for my husband. I have received all sort of mixed messages of low egg quality due to my age. This jorney has been very difficult but I am NOT giving up, because I know there's hope for me and other woman who are trying. Thank you very for this meditation. These affirmation meditations are so wonderful ❤️ I was getting so lost and caught up with endless other videos and meditations that I felt overwhelmed. In the last 2 weeks since signing up for your 10 day program I have cut everything else out and just focusing on your day by day advice and exploring different video combinations. I always end up feeling so relaxed and it has restored my faith in my own body and made me aware of how much I had bought into the medical model of statistics and negativity! I’m 43 and already have a 13 year old from a previous marriage. My current husband is 10 years younger than me and has never had a child. We are considering IVF as we have been unable to conceive on our own but all these stats and numbers and ratios and doctors have almost depleted and almost killed all my hopes going in. I’ve decided to block all that negativity and work on affirmations and positive outlooks only and for me to reconcile and reestablish a healthier rapport with my own body for us to learn to trust each other. Wish me luck!

These affirmations are great! 🙏🏻🙏🏽 I'm 39 and I already have 3 kids and no fertility issues that I know of, but my husband is 11 years younger than me with no kids of his own. I'm keeping the oven warm for him, especially since we have ppl who don't want to see us have #mixedrace babies (although we're both mixed, I'm Black and he's White) ☯️.

@@zen8231 I understand your concern. My suggestion would be to do all you can to take care of your healthy and do the kinds of things that are described in this meditation in the months preceding trying to conceive. Have your health checked to address things like possible thyroid conditions. And then recognize that there are risks with pregnancy at any age, and you have a choice....you can choose not to take a chance, choose to take a chance but worry about what could go wrong or you can take a chance and trust that you will be able to handle what the future holds. Wishing you wisdom and courage.

Hi! Thanks! I´m form Argentina... I´m an English teacher, so I understand what you say... But my question is: Is it better for mi "mind" to listen to this in Spanish? I know that our mother tonghe is placed in a different part of the brain than a second language. Does it influence in any way the "effects" of the meditations/affirmations?

That's a very good question. I don't know for sure, but I do encourage people to also record affirmations in their own voice as that can also make a difference. You can translate to your own language and record in your own voice. see how that feels for you.

The way that we talk to ourselves can influence how we think, how we feel and what we do. These affirmations are designed to help fill your conscious and subconscious mind with the kinds of thoughts that might lead you to do the kinds of things that have potential to improve egg quality. Research suggests that by boosting mitochondrial functioning during the three months before ovulation, better quality eggs might be released. Many healthy behaviors can potentially boost mitochondrial functioning. So you will hear lots of suggestions toward healthy living habits. Chronic stress might harm mitochondria, so the recording is also designed to help bring you a sense of ease and relaxation. These are just a few examples of the ways this recording is designed to help improve egg quality. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
