Dear Natalie, thank you very much for everything you share with us here. I am starting my work day many times with this meditation. It empowers and grounds me in a wonderful way. Listening and understanding all these messages I realized how much I missed THE KIND VOICE of someone telling me all these caring messages...I didn't have inside me the words and expressions of love towards me and my body. In the last years I changed many things but I couldn't imagine how important it is for my inner balance to have also WORDS for my transformation and my new way of being moment by moment. @@FertilityfromtheSoul we've had 5 miscarriages. The last one was in March and I started listening to this right after. It's still VERY early, but I got my first positive test at 9dpo. I had never had a positive before 13-14 dpo before. I hope this one stays!

Currently all I have is uncertainty in all aspects of my life and at times I feel really bogged down by the millions of questions and zero answers. If you are, then you can check out the "Don't Know" meditation, which is designed for dealign with uncertainty. It's still in draft form, so I haven't released it here on RU-vid. I would like to rerecord that one and also create something else for uncertainty, so thanks for this suggestion. The "Don't Know" meditation is a very simple concept....you simply repeat the words "Don't Know" to yourself. It's ridiculously simple, but often it's surprisingly effective. So glad to hear that you've found my videos helpful. 💕

I will meditate on this affirmation my soul believes that I will conceive,,,I feel pregnant and my body explains it all,but wat surprises me is the bleeding and negative results from ultrasound and pregnant testers and this upsets my partner that we nolonger in good terms...😢😢
I would think I’m terms of the purpose of the meditation. The idea is to guide your mind to be open to various suggestions. So notice for yourself….does it feel helpful to listen to the whole recording at once….do you enjoy listening multiple times a week? Check in with your intuition about what feels helpful when.
