I can completely confirm that it starts with the mind- I would always tell myself that I’m fat and every year I always turned into what I thought I looked like the previous year. I have started this two days ago. i listen to this while i work for two hours keeping the video on loop. here is my daily weight report day 1 - 102.5 kg day 2 - 101.0 kg day 3 -101.7kg day 4 - 101.5kg day 5 - 101.6 kg day 6 - 100.8kg to be contd gap of 2 months currently at weight of 103.2kgs even with skipping dinner and walking 3kms in the evenings thrice a week. starting again day 1 - 103.4
I know you already responded to a comment, but trust me, weighting yourself everyday it’s futile; if you want to see results you need patience, move some more and eat in a caloric deficit, and it doesn’t mean that you have to skip meals, in my opinion that is unsustainable. And free advice, this kind of subliminal things are bs if you are really motivated to lose weight, try to talk to an expert and start your journey there

When I was in my journey I was listening to affirmations daily and they really put me in that state of mind where I really enjoyed working out and eating healthy more and more.
Day 1: feeling exited and motivated Day 2: I already feel my self esteem improving (anytime I almost think something negative I remember that’s not the energy I want to manifest and I repeat these affirmations and feel a lot better) Day 3: I have noticed that I haven’t been craving junk food much at all and I caught myself actually smiling at the mirror!!! Day:4 today has been a bit hard but I have lost 5 pounds so far! Day:5 I don’t really have much of an update today but still going! Day:6✅ Day:7✅
