Signature global construction quality is very poor and parking space is not allotted so there will be fight for car parking in future very densely populated this society mentinance is very poor. There will be lots of problems in it in future, affordable is not livable.

I am staying at DLF apartment , brother quality is average for the price of 1.3 cr flat. Imagine what you will get in 40L flat. Dont expect it will hold during earthquake.

We can't compare an affordable project with luxury one ..they are priced high because of facilities and many other features which are missing in affordable.
