The overall development is very modern. The Unit is also very sleep. One minor thing in terms of styling I would change is the curtain in the kitchen, blinds would be better in terms of preventing a fire.
@@MomentsbyBoothe I agree with this person Akeem, the owners should add blinds instead to prevent any potential hazards. Does the unit come with a smoke detector? Does it have a fire extinguisher? Just things the landlord should consider if they haven't. I'm sure they want to do everything to ensure they are protecting their investment.

Let me tell any smart realtor or investors should build apartments that is between $600-$850 a month for 1-6 months term for people in the diaspora who want to take a break from UK 🇬🇧 USA etc. people would folk to Jamaica 🇯🇲 you know how many would come and spend 1- 3-6 months in Jamaica if they had affordable housing instead of exclusive resorts. Many times I would want visit but not as tourist but have no where to stay comfortable independent of friends and relatives. I believe if Jamaica 🇯🇲 offered that kind short term apartment lease it would attract a lot of people. Think of it what you pay to a hotel resort for 1 week compare a short term rental 😊 lots of retirees could do this because they have this kinda time.
Akeem huge fan from longggg time. The doors and windows on this unit, how can I get in contact with the owner or developer? I love it bad bad! and the grill work, would love to purchase a few for a residential unit
