Are you really calling that garden lush?! 😮. First, there is no garden. Yes, there are some plants along the perimeter and they need care. The grass is pitchy, patchy, not lush and green as you try to pain that picture. If you want to be taken seriously, be honest to people. You are selling us an image and we are seeing something else. The stairs alone is a no for me.. lol I'm always tired by the end of the day comes. But for the area, that a good price. Persons need to keep in mind, the more expensive it is to buy and build, so will the cost of rent.

Two red flags.First, no A/C, and leaving exposed wires like that. That's the number one appliance that should be in place because of mildew. Second, what's up with the toilet?? No one is building with care. Mo bay not safe. Can't even see the ocean. Over $600,000 is the real price. Stop playing with numbers. Keep that.
I know some viewers might like seeing them but, if those are 12" tiles, pretty standard, you can just count the tiles instead of showing off your feet 😆
