My contact +256 755 378 618 Lawyer explains a foreigner can buy land/property in Uganda ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Wo5zh41Bnd0.htmlfeature=shared
Uganda looks so much like St Lucia in the Caribbean. Most islands look similar, except that we have the most beautiful beaches and mountain top views in the world. i wish we could swap cultures. i am coming to visit Uganda ...maybe next year in 2024
What I can say is Kampala has developed in most suburbs but the problem are the dusty roads in developed areas yet if you compare in some countries, before the area is set for development. The roads are constructed by the government and that is how people benefit from TAX money.
i cant wait for you to show land for sale that has drinking water from a spring, or river or waterfalls. just like St lucia on my youtube channel JUDAH FOREVER KINGDOM
I’ve a full video on how foreigners can buy property in Uganda. Each it here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Wo5zh41Bnd0.htmlfeature=shared
I am looking to buy any land. At least not now. But I am looking to rent several retail spaces available to open several shops. Do you have those available? And can you help me with those. I prefer a very high populated area such as Kampala.
Great prospect.👍👍👍 💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸 Some place have spirit history (burial, conflict, witchcraft, etc etc). If I were to purchase land in Uganda, I'd visit Prophet Samuel Kakande in Kampala, and clear the land with his prayer🙏🙏🙏🛐🛐🛐🛐🛐.... to remove all hindrances. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Try it, folks.🙏 (God has raised a great Prophet in Uganda to bless Africa, and International visitors beyond Africa are coming to him too).
@uolwee hahaha... you dont know what you're talking about.😜. There is too much witchcraft in Africa that many many many are unable to progress. Africa needs hundreds of Kakandes endued with power from Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18). ✝️✝️✝️🛐🛐🛐🛐 Run away from the likes of Bushiri, Uebert Angel, Alph Lukau.... Or else they will suck your 💰💰💸💸🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑 1 Peter 5:2. God is good🙏.
Yes you can. Houses are priced differently but entebbe tends to be more expensive than other parts of Kampala. Watch this ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Wo5zh41Bnd0.htmlfeature=shared
am a fan of your vlogs but this kind of advertising ug land whether cheap or not,, this brings in foreigners at a quick rate n start buying huge chunks of land unlike other vloggers in other countries don't advertise land acquisition at all but i love the village vybe in kiwenda, nakwero areas,, beautiful scenery but the areas are beautiful,,,, for ugandans who want land know how to go about the process of acquiring land,, this is my opinion.. thank you..
Your attitude is not acceptable at all. Uganda has laws on how both Ugandans and foreigners can aquire land. So what is your problem with this vlogger telling Ugandans abroad and in the country, plus foreigners about this opportunity ? Do you know that many countries also allow foreigners to acquire land in their countries? Bambi educate yourself and stop this "village" attitude 😅
Yes leases are renewable. Bear in mind that Ugandans also buy lease. There certain areas where only lease titles are given like Kololo, Naguru etc with no option of private ownership.
Does this development include all the utilities? Meaning water and electric connections included with the sale price? A land survey included with the sale price? Is the land survey recorded at some government agency? The roads seem very narrow. Will the developers widen the roads and cover with asphalt? Are the roads engineered for proper drainage? The roads in your videos are POORLY designed for the cost of the land. Please let me know. I’m interested. Thanks
Very useful information. May be it's worth covering the infrastructure available at each estate. I can see some electric poles which indicate electricity should no be a problem. But how about water supply, sewage system, telecommunications, posibility of paving the raods in future...etc. Other information that may be useful is type of soil, which is crucial during construction 🙏
If a neighborhood has many residential homes, it’s an indication that the infrastructure in it is good or up to standard. Will try next time, but no promises
Good enough u kno Africa is corrupted so in this ugandan corruption that’s what she can afford at the moment so its ok to advise but we need to keep positive and help each otherwise eno uganda tuli kulwalaffe as citizens 🙏
Everything is sky high in Africa. With no amenities or services, it is really a shame. I have bought many lots and never paid over a $1000. In fact, I've paid less than $500 for most of them in the United States. It's just the racial pressure that's drawing me to Africa.
Yes please. Watch this video on how a non-Ugandan or foreigner can buy and own property in Uganda ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Wo5zh41Bnd0.htmlfeature=shared

@@alferfoot1861 well, don't be scared, only do so with prayer. Africa has a lot of witchcraft history and some still continuing. Prophet Kakande has prayed over or delivered people who own lands or bought lands, only then they were able to build houses or make use of the land profitable. Not all real estate properties have spiritual encumbrances, but it is safer to purchase with prayer and discernment.🙏🙏🙏🙏 (Maybe the guy selling the area should visit Prophet Kakande and his business will skyrocket. John 10:10... abundance come from Jesus). 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
