The difference between short term and long term rental is crazy. That place would be about 6-8k a month for a 12 month contract and the electric and water would be about half what you paid!

Have stayed here for years .its cheap and cheerful ,good staff and great location ,walk behind the soapy and five minutes ur in tree town😅😅😅😅

Nicely done….you’ve got a good relaxed style. The place looks nice but Soi Honey down where it meets Buakhoa can be a bit daunting for a young innocent mind.

I agree but 3rd road is not 5mins from the beach so you paying to be central. Also this was a monthly price not a 6 or 12 month lease.
