Affordable Premium MPV? | Kia Carens | Tamil Car Review | MotoWagon. 

After 1 year usage I am happy and convinced on the decision I made to buy Kia carens. For me comfort and mileage were my first priority and I can confirm that Kia carens satisfied me in both these aspects. I switched from Skoda to Kia last year and I am completely happy for choosing Kia Carens. Below are some of the benefits/advantages I have experienced from Kia Carens in my last 1 year usage. I have drove exactly 25,000 km in 1 year 2 months. 1. Good space. Easily can accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids 2. Very comfortable ride 3. Excellence mileage. I get 16 in the city and more than 20 on highways 4. Very good AC 5. Good after sales service. 100x better compared to Skoda 6. Good boot space compared to other 7 seaters 7. Good headlights. Very powerful and definitely better than my previous car 8. Good brakes. Had experienced few times. 9. Parking assistance with sensors. 10. Sunroof which my kid enjoys the most 11. Cruise control which is extremely useful on highways 12. Decent music system. Initially not very impressed but now adopted to it and enjoying 13. Better ingress and egress 14. Ventilated seat which is really useful in this hot summer 15. One of the best diesel engines in the market now. Same smoothness as petrol engine.Haven’t experienced any difficulties with full load. Have done long drives on hills with 6 adults, 2 kids and full luggage for 5 days vacation. It was very comfortable and never faced any issues in terms of power. Disadvantages. 1. Bad suspension. 2. Body roll 3. Not very useful wireless charging 4. No wireless carplay or Android auto 5. Not impressive build quality. Even my 6 yr old kid is able to open the door easily whereas in my skoda even adults used to struggle to open as it was too heavy

Small Suggestion When explaining one touch tumble and boot space, the camera was focused on you instead of showing the feature clearly. It would be nice if you focus on the feature and the explanation as voice over

Saw the car in showroom.. wonderful features if u want seven or six seater ! The door is heavy than seltos i.e it has improved the build... But still I booked seltos because i prefered oli 4-5 people in the car.

Good crisp video, highlighting what's required from most of the people point of view. My only desire was Kia to have included the 360deg cameras in atleast top variants. Maybe an after market is possible, but at the cost of playing with original wiring

Great Car, Going to trash the Indian Market dominated by Maruthi, Hyundai (Kia is globally part of Hyundai though). Awaiting for competitors launches that will add more craze to car lovers/buyers. Cons: 1.Waiting period on the top booked variant (prestige) - 44 weeks!!! 2. Expected to increase prize ( the excecutives gave a disclaimer when i booked) - Hoping Kia won't increase too much considering the customers satisfaction 3. Crash test results - Not officially annoucned yet

Good Day Sir, I have one query, Carens comes with 2 different wheel sizes, Do they tune the Odometer and speedometer to these 2 different wheel sizes or the meters are tuned for only one wheel size? I'm planning to change over from 15" to 16" wheel, hence obviously it affects my odometer and speedometer readings ri8? But, Showroom personnels say that it won't affect much and they don't have much knowledge about it, I expect a good and valid reply from u sir, Thanks for all ur videos...plz keep posting ur reviews and recommendations.

I personally feel Ertiga / XL6 third row comfort is better in 3rd row seat, also 2nd row XL6 captain seat has more thigh support....
