Brown skin mamas, don't y'all let them play with you! I love deep brown skin. My older sister is a dark skinned girl and one of my core memories is how beautiful she was and how color would pop on her skin. I always wanted to look like her and be like her. She still is one of my favorite people and I still admire how gorgeous she is.
Ugh! You don't have to want to look like a dark skin to appreciate dark skin! Can y'all stop over -fetishizing it because at the end of the day we're all black, skin tone doesn't matter!
I didn’t wear colors for YEARS. I thought I was “too dark” to wear anything. Ohhh, but NOW, me & colors are 🤞🏾we go together, REAL BAD! And the way I look so good in any color…I can’t believe I wore black all those years 😒
Nicole, I am so happy you and many others have learned to love and appreciate their dark skin. I’m sixty and when I was younger I had insecurities about my dark skin. But Baby once I realized how beautiful I am it’s been love of self ever since. I have always worn every color of the rainbow because I love fashion. Continue to take care of your mental, physical, and spiritual health so as you age you’ll still be fabulous. Love you. Be Blessed ❤
Idk but growing up I never had a problem and I was always confident in my skin but my parents and family especially my dad always gave me compliments and even strangers I would get the she is pretty for a dark skin girl smh I always loved fashion and dressing nice even now at 46 I still slay in all I do colors is definitely everything! But I love to see my pretty chocolate and brown women doing there thing! And Nicole your awesome and I love your videos sis keep up the great work! @simonenicole🎉🎉🎉
Your channel has genuinely helped me so much I don’t relate to a lot of content mainly because I have albinism and it’s always been difficult for me to feel comfortable and confident in my own skin, especially in my own community because of it (I’m Hispanic) and you have inspired me so much to just take care of myself and work on myself because being a better and happier version of myself will definitely reflect off of myself to others, and I just wanted to thank you for continuing to making helpful and genuinely interesting content 🩷🩷🩷
Bless you. I am still trying to find me at 33. I'm tired of not loving me. Ill be going to Betterhelp today. Putting on strong face everyday is draining. I love watching you! Thank you for being an inspo for us brown girls :)
This reminds me I buy clothes from a brown/dark skin latina woman in Mexico and she told me right away for brown/dark skin women colour is better. Every outfit I get from her people compliment me all day it's wild just having that one advice and I feel clothes shaped for your body
Gurl your color is everything okay and I love your confidence. It makes me more confident in my body and also get this BODY RIGHT NOW . I just started to watching you and I love it here💁🏽♀️.

So much confidence in yourself and able to express it outwards to others to give them some encouragement for themselves is priceless. You are great 😃!!
Why you gather me so quickly at the beginning 😂cause that’s me! I am currently on a wellness journey and I keep saying “well maybe next month I’ll wear that” so I definitely needed to hear those words. 😢 Love the video format as well‼️ I think it makes your video give a more informative experience rather than a regular haul ya know 🤔. I hope that makes sense 😅, congrats on the sponsor !!!!!
Definitely loved this video and the tips! I definitely one, that lean towards neutrals and blacks outfits because I tend to try and incorporate colour with my makeup ! I’m also into hats and caps especially when my hair or wigs aren’t giving ..
Hey Sis new sub here. First of all you are absolutely GORGEOUS! I love your energy and confidence. We have the same body type. I'm only 5'3. I am 47 and have 4 children and I grateful to still have my figure. When I was younger I didn't like my curves. Now that I am older l learned to love every inch of me and learned to dress for my body type. It is so freeing to love the skin your in.
The knees!!! 😭😭 the mini skirt everyday bihhhh forced the subscriiiiibe chileee 🫶🏾 I been really lookin for my fellow dark skin girlies to watch ❤ loving ur vibe
You inspired her. Wow ☺️ I’m glad you are were you are today 🙏🏽 Loving the skin you are in. Your skin is beautiful 🫶🏽✨🫶🏽 Texture, tone, natural glow and more. Ok back to the vlog
This is what I do with color bc I'm holding on to extra weight I don't like and sometimes color makes me look bigger so I add it with purses and shoes, wish I could wear drop back but I got back rolls and they be rollin!! Maybe I will try one day! Had my matching set on today!!
Baby, that orange dress honey. I’m letting the blemishes out if they have it in my size 😍 Yes, it’s important to wear things that fit you shape and make you feel it.
I love this been working on my Wardrobe . Got it I need more color , satin dresses , parachute pants , matching sets , larger tee shirts Can’t wait for the winter video thank u for this ❤️❤️🫶🏾💯
Hi Nicole. Thank you for this video. Great suggestions! As a dark skin woman, I'm starting to embrace color myself. Definitely looking for a great pair of jeans. Can you advise who you found in the Atlanta area for alterations of your jeans? I have that same issue. Please and thank you.
Swear this summer I have the big arms ouuuuut 😂😂 corsets/tanks/tube tops WHATEVA lol I’m soooo happy I found this channel Ps: I got those Amazon parachute pants in black and red, issa win
It's so interesting that some of us rather not wear color because of being a deep shade.... Because black people in other places like African countries and the Caribbean wear white Alot, and yellow, and light blues...
I enjoyed this❤ I’m not going to walk barefoot buttt I keep thin sandals in my bag🤭😂 also they got all kinds of heel insoles even some that wrap around the thong part in between your toes (my older sister put me on)I’m going to try the drop back 😅
I know this sounds goofy but, do you know good places where to get baggy t-shirts? I’m going to hs this year and I get need some big shirts to throw on. (Anyone pls help😭)
I love watching your videos!! you have the same beautiful skin type as my little sister and the same shape except she has BIG B00Bs😂😂 but she is SO beautiful, I mean just gorgeous but she ALWAYS covers up even in the summer, I’ll send her your account and hopefully get her to be more confident in her own time❤
I love the way you speak, it just oozes confidence and femininity. 🤍 Colour is beautiful on dark skin mamas it shows off your skin beautifully as it should be. Also, thank you for the lovely message for the girlies who be hiding their bodies, that was me but I'm trying to break out of that now. I prefer modesty but I realise there's a difference between modesty and hiding your body out of shame.
It’s a shame that we live in a society that ruined the thinking of dark skinned individuals, to where they need therapy to correct their thinking about themselves. Like it’s something wrong with them, instead of the sick folks who try and give people low self esteem.
