Hi Peggy. I believe that plastic piece is a Thiccly moss poll. Just an FYI, some people have been scammed ordering from Temu. I believe their credit cards were charged either incorrectly or they were charged a 2nd time. I guess just keep an eye on your credit card statement online. Just wanted to let you know 🙂

Happy you got your order correctly! I have heard & read nothing but bad things about this scamming Chinese site...The Better Business Bureau gives them a C- for complaints, damaged goods and general rip-offs.

I'm not judging, I'm saying this from 1 plant parent 2 another with love but maybe u might watch 'Sydney Plant Guy' & get the basics of moss poles down b4 deciding if u like them, if they work 4 u & how 2 modify them 4 better results in ur enviroment? Moss poles & Coco poles r very different from one another.
