I prefer private homes(love my private space) so if I were to move to Turkey I would definitely choose a private house... Their architectural designs(extirior) are very attractive.

If we convert the price 500000$ into pkr so its almost 9 crore and in pakistan u cant get 2 kanal and can built a lush house anf garden in Islamabad. ☹️ But theres big difference in turkey and pak.
@@user-ov2tm2un1r Wow, that is a huge range. Wow, so a 1 percent property tax on a USD $1.1 million house like this one -- comes to USD $11,000 per annum. And subject to go up at any time. That sound like a lot. I am sure not many retirees on fixed income can afford that.

Awesome and very nice. I know you mainly do high premium dollar villas, but how about not millionaire ones? Also, ever thing of investing in a Mattterport or other 360 virtual tour system so showcase houses? I thought about bringing it here but noticed on company uses it. Anyway, love your videos.

Only a millionaire can buy a house which cost million to half a million dollars. What about paying services on a monthly basis which surely cost a big money. Please keep in mind those working class who can afford may be 200 to 300 thousand dollars independent house living on pension or saved money. If your target clients are millionaires than its ok.
Hi Asif, Alaattin here. There is no target client here. And as you know we don't set the prices, the market does. In Istanbul, it's almost impossible to buy a stand-alone villa for 200-300K USD. The minimum for stand-alone homes is around 500K USD. I appreciate your feedback which shows that you took your precious time to watch and comment. However, please don't come to conclusions without having in-depth market knowledge. We as Property Turkey serve clients with any budget. But we have to reflect the reality on the ground.

The properties may not be in Istanbul but at good places in Turkey. You are right that houses/villas/properties are expensive in Istanbul. People like me may like to live in suburbs, farmhouses or city like Kayseri. Kindly if you can also advertise attractive but affordable prices that would be great.
