I agree! Everyone is in LA and other girls have kinda same videos (expectations vs reality etc), but Tess is really unique and we can all learn something from her channel.
Why not start the fashion line now? just take the first step reach out and try it? i'm sure you have connections that could help you ! i mean why not? think bigger right?
As a girl currently living the Midwest, let me tell you that times haven't changed. If I wear anything other than jeans and a T-shirt and I get funny looks. When I graduate in May, I am SO looking forward to moving somewhere that appreciates "different" when it comes to fashion.

OMG. I love how real you are. Like, you dont make it like everything is all super easy, you show that you do actually have to save, work, and prioritize for the things that you want which is great bc those are things were all capable of, meaning that it is possible for us to also have fun experiences.
She's actually beautiful, both inside and out and it just makes me so happy watching her videos! I love the fact that she's not following everyone else by living in LA and totally doing her own thing!
Of course none of us actually know you, but I just want to say that you seem like a really nice and genuine person and it's sooo refreshing. I definitely sense a changed vibe on youtube and how much of a business it's has turned into, but it's cool that you've been able to stay grounded.
+Jybunny 098 that's amazing if you do, but I live in the US and its uncommon here to see ppl married so young in most states. ppl wait until usually until they're in their later 20s, it's really hard to find ppl that are actually committed much less your life should turn into you and your spouse, and that's not something most ppl can do when they're young.

Girl I got you on the resale! I totally understand having to constantly buy clothes for content, then having more than needed. I've recently decided to meticulously streamline my wardrobe on a regular basis, so what I don't donate, I sell on Tradesy.com or even this app OfferUp! I sound like a spam ad, but I'm just a fellow fashion RU-vidr, I swear! lol Also, I love that you'll be donating to a charity, such a great idea :) For now my money on sales goes back into content, but that is something I would love to do ASAP. xx

Sometimes the place where your from, you can't find good people. It's not necessarily when you move to a different country because I come from a place full of negative surroundings and I hate it. Unfortunately, I don't have any good friends and never found loyal ones. I actually can't wait to move out one day, in order to start fresh with my life. I think that nowadays youtubers are getting all bubbly and cheerful yet sometimes over the top but you manage to be so down to earth and that kind of creates a stronger connection between you and us the viewers and I think that's what makes your channel my favourite one😘

I feel that "judging" you were talking about with the leather jacket. It happened to me too when I was younger. I'm so glad I've moved to the US for the same reason you said, I just found my place here and feel less judged more like appreciated, special and I got so much more confidence here and also in my home country I learnt to be a little bit different and be proud of it and therefore I think I'm more special.

Downtown Minnesota? Lol it's been 5 years and Tess still never says the city she used to live in. I don't blame her! People on the Internet can be intense. It's crazy to me that you've been on RU-vid for so long. I remember watching your videos back in 2012. I think it would be cool if you talked a bit more about saving. You seem to live a nice life now but New York is still expensive and I know you have some good tips. Plus I remember you saying you saved for pretty much a year to go on your study abroad trip and I know that definitely took some willpower!
Also I think it would be cool if you made a video on decorating in small spaces. I know New York apartments tend to be small. I'm moving soon and I'm kind of freaking out about storage!
