It’s because of the crushing of raw onion. Sometimes it does that . Given that the raw onions are only for flavoring the chicken marinade I suspect we can use finely minced onions instead. And if you want smooth gravy then cook it down and then put in mixer.
Tried this recipe but when I tried to fry d chicken.....chicken left lots of water n looked more like boiled chicken didn't cum out golden brown.....what have I done wrong.....wat would u suggest to cook just like u
