Afghani style chicken Karahi:
Ingredients:
1 cup oil
5 tomatoes
5 green chilies
1 medium chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp white ground pepper
1 tbsp single cream
Fresh coriander
procedure:
In pre heated oil fry chicken for 2 minutes each side, add ginger garlic paste, salt and sauté for 3 minutes, add yogurt and sauté for another 2 minutes. Then tomato purée and cook 5 minutes, chili, garam masala, white ground pepper and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat with cover on. Add cream and cook for 2 more minutes, at the end add little hot water cook for 2 minutes. Karahi is ready.
