2:25."It is a bad outcome gor the region" Actually people in Pakistan were hoping thst it would be a bad outcome for India (which IS part of the region) and that was part of the reason people in Pakistan were celebrating. That has not proved true. So incorrect to say bad outcome for the REGION. Yes, it is a bad outcome for Pakistan. It proved to be bad not just because terror attacks by TTP increased but because US has completely lost interest in Pakistan and with that ended the rentier economy. The groups focused on central Asian countries always existed and it was known they would become stronger under Afghan Taliban. But Pak did not care. Pak just wanted an anti-India group in charge in Afghanistan circa 1999 but India handled the situation skilfully.
Biggest looser in Afghanistan has been no doubt Pakistan. Despite backing and celebrating Taliban (while simultaneously reaping US "war on terror" dollars) , the rise in terror incidents in Pakistan after Taliban takeover is incomparable with Taliban linked/impacted terror flare-ups in any other country.
How did India handle the situation skilfully? What did they even do? It was only Pakistan misreading the situation completely that it has backfired like this.
@@waleedabbas4996Pakistan and it's general are always stupid.. They get Happy with small success and forget long game.. Madarsa education responsibility I know😅
55:24 Imagine, army chief is focused on economic revival plan and hence not focusing on terror threat from Afghanistan. So this mullah Munir has abandoned his basic duty of keeping Pak borders safe.
Interesting and scary at the same time! Unfortunately what goes around comes around! And when China continues to shelter terrorists in Pakistan in the UN , they will need to own up to their contributions. Thanks Uzair and your guest for another very interesting discussion!

Don’t understand how you all thought taliban coming to power would be good thing. Would you all be happy living under Taliban in Pakistan sincerely asking cause if not good for you then why is it good for afghans?
