What is the purpose of grand chief? Please explain, so far, I have not seen them fight for the nations as a whole. Waste of money.

The purpose of a Grand Chief title is one selected chief that represents all treaty lands in Canada to give somewhat equal powers as the PM. So for example as you listen to all these concerns brought up by all these Chiefs, these issues would go to the Grand Chiefs office and he would have powers to help solve them without federal interference or skip 5 meetings and just have that one crucial meeting with the PM to review and approve. It's saves events like this cause it's a waste of time since nothing gets done.
