We are very disappointed with the Australian Security! The Government has to bring in stricter laws against actions like this. These are terrorist actions and they have to be arrested and put in jail. This is Australia and NOT Gaza.

Who is being prosecuted? Who is being jailed? Who is being sacked? Why have security services put Australian Parliamentary employees at a Hugh risk? What if this had been a terrorist attacked that ended up killing hundreds of our political leaders and servants.
This is the second time what about the Old Parliament House fire now they're entering existing Parliament House what's up with our federal police there is only one 😅suggestion they're not doing their job maybe they should get a pay cut or some changes in employment positions

In my experience the AFP are very good at polishing seats and IT tasks, but when it comes to hands on Security Tasks, Riot control, Counter Terrorism, Protection and Security Tasks the number of officers trained for Tactical/ Counter Terrorist response is insufficient. Perhaps more EX Military members would be more suitable to these roles and should be actively recruited if they have the desired skill sets and create more opportunities for Veterans. If the AFPs actions on are to leave their post when other threats are called in what is the point of being there in the first place? Tactics one of one could have predicted this outcome. Australia needs to wake up, I predict that we will see a major Terrorist Act occur sooner than later if we don't pull our heads out of our rectums!
The AFP should have more information than this. The persons arrested should have been interrogated immediately and far more information obtained from them. Water-boarding comes to mind.
I reckon circling around APH in a donut van with the music blaring would have been enough to create the diversion. Imagine the AFP having to face 5 donut vans… there’d be chaos. “Who ordered the choc donut with the extra cinnamon swirls? Was yours the double decaf half and half light foam?” 🤬

A criminal offence yet they get trespassed and banned for two years. If they held a sit in at Coles this is what I would expect. For defacing our parliament house. It should be straight to prison for min 10 to 15 years. Or do we just encourage more radical protest
