Just one note, the blue segments are the amount of electronic interference So full blue on Power is the least "power"/throttle response as well a full blue on EB is the most engine braking you can have Always think of the blue as "amount of electronic messing up with the bike". The least blue, the more raw the bike will be
True for the power, wrong for the engine braking. 1 blue line in EB is the most EB you’ll get (least electronic interference + 2 large cylinders = most EB).
@@KikoBW7 You're right. The "more blue, more electronic" is still true but apparently more electronic on the EB means less engine breaking. Don't know how it works, I just assumed the OffRoad mode would set it to have more EB to help with the descents. Apparently it reduces the engine braking...weird Anyway, thank you for the correction :)
@@ricardoneto13 it’s confusing to say the least, but I actually do feel a difference in the riding when different settings are applied. It’s a good thing that Honda allows the user to make fully custom modes out of the box, unlike the euro manufacturers that charge extra for “pro” modes.
This is all in the owners handbook. To fully disable Traction control, HSTC and wheelie control must be set to 0. HSTC and wheelie control form part of the total traction control system. Key cycle resets to both on step 1 as required by legislation. Using engine stop button dies not reset it. P display is not power level, the more segments mean softer/ slower throttle respose. Same power, but different delivery. Less segments, crisper throttle response. Its opposite to what you think. Engine braking is more segments more braking. You definitely notice it off toad. Try RTFM before complaining about the bike.
