@lileazy8916 Doubt these guys are "big" numbers wise. They aren't nearly as big as strongman. I doubt either of them is 300 Ibs. Being big while doing these things is impossible. They also look like they're on roids.

it's not just muscle mass but their mind/muscle connection and awareness of their movements and environments, as well as momentum and the exertion they channel through their muscles. moving like that takes a lot of strength and coordination as well, plus good ole bravery

I’m 9 months late, But I just found out Manu Dibango passed away (The creator of this song). And i’m not sure if anyone else can relate but I just remember seeing this video and using it as a motivation before my tumbling sessions. And then would go tumble and listen to this song to feel the same motivation the song gave me when I was watching the video to go absolutely bat shit crazy with my tumbling passes.

Not me fam, I'm actually learning this shit, gotta rest though atm, munted my Achilles training my roundoff BHS backflip, went too hard on my backflip takeoff and my Achilles buckled, but meh I've been having problems with my right ankle for months now :D Soon it'll pay off and I'll be able to do double backflip on ground yeee budday
These guys may be on steroids or they may not. The thing is I have seen guys like them in Africa who look like this and they are natural. Also if you look at some gymnasts they look like this too. So it is possible to get this physique without using steroids. It requires genetics and the proper training. Not everyone is on steroids as soon as they have some muscles.

Always awesome to see the athleticism of the human body. The move at 3:30 was really impressive. West Africans are no doubt the most genetically gifted when it comes to the physique. Although I hate to admit it, but when I see super high muscle tone together with zero subskin fat together with very high muscle mass, in other words, a person with very high muscle mass who looks like he has been sculpted from stone, I begin to suspect growth hormone or testosterone supplements. No disrespect meant.
True, because Muscle and Fat are like Yin and Yang. A personal trainer once told me "your body is like a house with guys in it and your body fat is like a refrigerator. The more guys you have in your house(muscle mass), the more the body is going to want to keep food stocked." So it is quite unusual to see that physique--it probably occurs in less than 10% of the population. People that cut are usually lanky and people that big usually have an HGH gut--IJS
AngstVision What your personal trainer told you sums it up brilliantly. I am a personal trainer myself. The body is not genetically designed to have a combination of high muscle mass and very low body fat, since muscle cells are the body's fat burning factories, so the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn, which is not beneficial from a survival point of view. In other words, during a starvation period, high muscle mass / very low fat people would not survive long. So in nature you either have very ripped people but lanky not beefy or you have very beefy people but not too ripped. Having said that, there just might be a genetic group of people in West Africa who are naturally genetically gifted like this. As I always like to say - to every rule there is an exception.
