I am 22 years old, my knees are f*cked up and doing sports gave them the rest. After several operations in 2017 and 2020 I got four weeks ago again pain in my knees, I went again to the doc and three weeks ago I got the diagnosis… No more handball, no more jogging. My knees are done. Right now I am in a fucking hole… I’m depressed, undisciplined, fad, unathletic… a piece of sh*t. But f*uk it I will start again, I will work, mentally and physically. I will come back, even stronger than before. I will do my sports in that way I can do it, I will go swimming and train in that way it’s possible. In one f*cking year I will come back to this video and will inform you guys about my status. I promise to you, my family and myself I will come back! Thanks for that video, it opens my eyes.

Well usually I do not watch any type of those motivational videos which try speaking to men directly by "activating their beast mode". But somehow this actually gave me goosebumps multiple times.
I do it for me alone, but everything I do and every decision I make is filtered through the lens of what's best for my wife and daughters. What's done for me is done for them, that's real manliness as far as I'm concerned.

come on boys, we all know what we need to do. That extra mile, that extra page, that extra weight, that extra minute. We know when we're cheating ourselves. We know all the little things we don't take the time to do. That's what it is, that's the separator. "Oh I'll do it another time", "I've done enough let me take a break now", "This isn't relevant to me right now". We need to learn to be beginners again, no cheating, head down, one step at a time. There's no shame in starting from square one, even if you have to go back over some things you've done before. Lighter weight and build up again, didn't understand that concept? Re-read the chapter take some notes. Don't let them see you down, you're a winner and a champion, today is the day for me, back to the basics. To the top Kings! Thank you all for the support. I’ve been trying to work out but never had any motivation, but this gave me some in a way. I will come back to this at the end of every week and add it up to do them.
believe it or not "keeping it cool" around people and not letting out emotions is the hardest part, especially when you know there is no chance in hell your saving the anger, fear, sadness emotions for later treatment with deadly sins. All that's left is to tame the emotion... and use it to think and plane your next moves, in whatever your doing. This IS the hardest part, for me.
