It reminds me my village in west Africa and I always spend my time with my grandmother. I love village lifestyle it makes me proud to keep my culture and my roots.
I remember the simple lifestyle we had before in our small village way north in Scandinavia. Lived with grand parents, parents, uncles, aunts, sisters, brother big family. We had cows, sheep, reindeer, lots of fish, lots of food in the nature vegetables naturally grew here back then. The winters where cold but it was which preserved our food. Put also fishing nets under ice. We learnt early on use guns for hunting ducks, grouse .... It is natural for kids up north to learn to use tools to prepare food. It was back then.
I just love the way you present your videos. I am amazed by your simplicity and humbleness. Your family is beautiful. Kids are so cute and wonderful. It is great to see you prepare breakfast with fresh casava. You are inculcating excellent habits to your kids ie cleaning hands and praying before eating. Simply beautiful. We too have Sweet potatoes for breakfast and all humans are so similar in our habits though we are divided by the countries. None of the demarcations can separate us. What a nice family, calm and beautiful place. This reminds me of my childhood days, we used to eat cassava for breakfast nearly every morning, not with honey but with shredded coconut mixed with a little bit of salt or sugar. And for lunch or dinner we simply wash the cassava without removing the skin and throw them into the fire or burning charcoal. We eat with chicken curry or fried dried/salted fish and other dishes. I'm from Malaysia. 👍

As I watch this dedicated mom preparing food for her family....how thankful they are for the little that they have..I feel a sense of sorrow that families have to live this way..not even adequate shelter or modern essentials. I can feel the strength this African woman has! God bless & keep them safe from harm..There's a tremendous amount of waste in the world. So many people of color not having the convenience of living a life without so much despair & uncertainty. Blessings & change to make they're lives prosperous, healthy, & happy!❤
I would rather live like this any day than with the so called modern convenience that brings no appeasement. Simplicity is called peace of mind. Living in the natural state is how it ought to be.

In villages kanji was the break fast with onions and chillies but only some following now.Now we eat iddly, dosa ,upma like that.Love the way u still stick to the tradition and eat with all family members.
