I will definitely be trying the potato dish, NO cilantro for me. Zapati is like our flatbreads. I have been watching a few African families of different cultures but have never seen a husband helping in the cooking. Charlow's mom brought him up right because I saw him helping her mix the potatoes, corn and greens dish. I just love this couple, that's what you call 50/50, they do everything together. ❤
