You’re brave Ron savage for coming out. I’m a kidnap victim and my kidnapper tried to molest me but I fought him off. I convinced him to let me go home to get my clothes and that’s when my parents came home and I told them what had happened. I told the cops when they came to my house where he was and they went there, beat him up real bad and put him in prison. I am open to coming out about what happen and I never held it back. My heart goes out to all victims that were kidnapped or sexually abused. It doesn’t bother me to talk about it and I use it as a platform to Share it with anybody that has gone through the circumstances. It’s a painful thing that I have to live with the rest of my life and it’s good as a healing process to open up about it, God bless.

If people cant understand that he didn't want to be judged, looked at as a gay person, or even killed back in the day, then you are living under a rock from emotional experiences and you have to know, back then dind't have /any/ help. Who knows, Bambaataa could have threatened him and probably get his family killed. A lot of fear was around those times and if someone like Bambaataa was the talk of the town and helped you when you were hungry (back then there was no food, no heat or hot water) then you are forced to deal with it. This is the sad truth, that I know people will try to turn around and sugar coat.

We have a big issue in our community. For far too long, the black community has either hidden or ignored the sexual depravity that is knowingly going on. The creepy uncle that the family warns not to kiss or hug or be alone with. The neighbor, be they male or female, that everyone knows to walk across the street and not directly in front of their house. Let's stop acting like this doesn't happen.
