The most absurd part is that the cops who ripped apart his house on a faulty warrant are now trying to sue him for being caught on camera doing it. The corruption is almost unbelievable!
Almost all government is at least this corrupt at this point. I honestly don’t know why democrats didn’t just join in on Jan 6 with how bad our government is.
@kevinmong6782 Yeah but you can't get a search warrant off of the testimony of a single informant. Then anybody could just say anything/the Police could easily fabricate shit (well, more easily lol). Now the situation might be different in cases of kidnapping, understandably, but again a single CI should not carry enough legal weight to confiscate somebody's money, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING.
I bet you have some standards there @poormanchemist… so what if you have to budget your cook , as long as the end result isn’t filled with hair.. am I right 🤷🏻♂️
@@WilliamCooper-mj2mn Well, most dealers are just resellers that upcharge and distribute nationally/locally, you’ll rarely see them with cooking teams, dedicated prerequisites, et cetera. It’s more likely a DNM brand to be doing those things
I dont see how they are crooked "In a bizarre turn of events unrelated to the civil suit, the sheriff’s office appeared to come up hundreds of dollars short returning cash seized from Foreman’s property. An independent investigation by Ohio BCI resolved the matter last month, concluding deputies had miscounted the money during the raid itself." Maybe just bad at counting...
@@theguythatcoment because someone on youtube doesnt understand sarcasm? Go on. Explain. Im curious how you will explain your way out of that statement.
Afroman will definitely go down in the history books for this one as being the smartest man alive. I love the way he got his revenge in the most humbling way possible. The fact "THEY" are trying to sue him is laughable they're just embarrassed because Afroman made fools out of the whole lot and it always makes me happy because cops are never held accountable for the stupid stuff they pull on a daily basis.
You did the worst thing to them! Made them a laughingstock. Thanks Afroman! So glad it was no worse. Corrupt cops can get fired & re-hired but being shown for brutal fools & laughed at, the bullies can't stand that. Hope their suit ends with them paying damages to you.
They made THEMSELVES laughingstock. Afroman just expressed his displeasure with them using his home, his family and his property to show us all how corrupt cops REALLY are.
I haven't lit up just yet, but thinking that may hit the spot in an hour or so. I might have to bake a mini one for later. Unfortunately I only have limes, but that'll work!!! 😊
I hope you win a lawsuit so large they won't disclose the payment amount. I've been listening to your music since High School and I'm 33. You're no criminal. Adams County Sheriff's Office is and I'm glad you got it on video. I live in Columbus, OH but grew up in WV. Peace and love Afroman
Honestly, I hope he doesn't go after them for money...I hope he goes after their qualified immunity! Taking a money deal doesn't get rid of these corrupt tyrants
That one officer holding that lemon pound cake hostage 💀😂 Really I shouldn’t be laughing, the fact this happened is crazy. Still, Afroman turned the situation into a song and still got it, creative genius.
His house was too clean, definitely suspicious. Did they impound the pound cake? Can’t imagine the chaos this Afroman guy could have caused if he was allowed to roam loose with a cake.
When I was in high-school, I got a job as a cashier. Sometimes I'd sell lemon pound cakes. After I heard this song for the first time, it would come to mind anytime I sold one such cake. Never failed to put a smile on my face, imaging the guy eyeing the cake and the associated lyrics. Today I finished my last shift there. I'm gonna miss those moments. Thank you Afroman for giving us this blessing. It's disgusting how you were treated, I hope you get justice.
I'm 70 years old and just actually really listened to "Because I was High". While I was getting high. I knew the tune and that it was a fun song, but for years, I did not know the words. Probably because I was high. Gimme a sec, I'm gettin high! I would like to propose many new lyrics for that one!!! Then heard the other side of the not joke, your song "Will you help me repair my door." Thank you, beautiful man and don't stop sending your message. You make me think of Tracy Chapman, but funner. Love you☮☮☮☮☮☮
Your generation lead the way to where we are, as it pertains to legally smoking!!! I just turned 49 on the 19th. I plan on getting high when I'm 70 too.
The rest of the song has a funny tone despite what happened but when he mentions his kids it gets serious. It’s horrible that this happened and it’s horrible that things like this happen so often
I think the FBI should investigate the police department. If we can trust them. I am so glad to see you were able to capture the corruption on camera. The fact they eventually turned off the cameras proves to me they knew they were in the wrong , a counter suit would be a good idea. This kind of misjustice needs to go. You would have a large group of supporters if you did. We all support and love you Afroman.
@@CallMeMimi27Nuclear weapons has nothing to do with domestic investigations lmao. What are they gonna do, Nuke Afromqn? And why do you distrust the FBI, the bullshit the republicans spewed ? Please dude , America is so ridiculous
The thing that makes this song so perfect is how honest it is. Afroman isn't just telling a "story" of what happened, (like most songs), he's also telling the world what he was really feeling at the time. And that deserves some major respect.
I'll be listening to this song at least 5x a day everyday on streaming platforms for the next several months just in case you have to get paid from this song. I also still buy CDs.
📌This is absolutely GENUIS! Everyone who feels that they were violated by these tyrants should all do this to fire back at the corruption that's embedded within law enforcement and ultimately the complete system of the nontransparency government.🍻😂💯
They were looking for money to seize, after he filed a complaint about a theft. They were not looking to help him by investigating the theft. They saw the theft amount, and wanted to go in and take some for themselves via Civil Asset Forfeiture. He also had a crazy ex, whom filed a false report, with immunity. (or a self proclaimed ex). They did not believe her, but used her statement to get a warrant for the raid. We now know more then we knew last year. So, the same LEO that wanted to take his assets via Civil Asset Forfeiture, now wants to take assets in court, for their own actions.
I would love to meet afroman before I die. I find him completely brilliant I love his music. Every single day then I smoked weed I play his music. I really wish I could give this song A million likes homie.
idk why but it does give me one of those weird christmas songs vibes, like grandma got run over by a raindeer. The most horific thing in a uplifting tune...
At least this brought me closer to Afroman My condolences to your gate, door, cd's, cash and kids. Let's hope that they will give up trying to get the revenues for the songs related to this incident and may it not be repeated. Please continue to enjoy your weed in peace, good Sir
