You and me both! I keep coming back to this curriculum. There are so many reasons why: the solid gold quality of the content, the wonderful readers, the simple layout, the affordable price, being able to purchase individual light units, etc. The courses are nothing new or trendy but tried and true for many families! I totally recommend CLE to other families. We only use the Math, Language Arts, and Reading right now but I am sure the other courses are great too!

The laundry mountain and dishes and I STILL GOTTA COOK AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE! Just to hear comments by my kids like "um this doesn't taste the same, did u put something else mom? Is this the healthy version🥴?" I FEEL LIKE I CANT REACH MY GOAL TO KEEP THIS STEADY 😂 NOW I KNOW IM NOT ALONE LOL AND I STILL HAVE TO PRIORITIZE HOMESCHOOLING TOO. OH SO MUCH FUN LOVE IT ❤

I’m so glad I found your channel. I’m going to make the switch from the good and the beautiful to CLE. I watched hours and hours of reviews on curriculum and FINALLY something I can afford and I think my children will enjoy too. All glory to God! And I love your laugh and the joy of the Lord you have. CLE has been the best change for our family! I wish I had known about it with my oldest 2. My youngest 4 have the best understanding of phonics, reading, language arts and math .

Thank you for your video!! I've seen so many videos on CLE vs Rod and Staff lol I'll be using Rod and Staff for my son since he needs more of mastery based than spiral method but CLE might fit my daughter though, she's only a toddler but thinking ahead 😂

Yes, CLE is a solid , rigorous program but somehow gentle as well. We did Abeka for a year and found thst it was a solid, rigorous program but way too teacher intensive for me....thr price also was extremely expensive.

I love using CLE!! We went away from it last year because I wanted to just “try something new”. A couple months later we were back to using CLE!…lol. All my kids are learning to do independent work and it really is open and go which I love!

I have always used CLE in our homeschool, people always ask me if I don’t want to try something else, I always say I’m not going to change as long as it works. We are very happy with CLE

I have to start with ->You look absolutely stunning in this video! BACK TO THE TOPIC! I totally LOVE CLE and wouldn’t bring myself to change anytime soon. My kiddos are sooooo independent with their work. On those days when it is so hard for me and I’m thinking “we might do something different today” -> it is so encouraging that they have already started and are on a ball. The light units do most of the teaching and I mainly reenforce the things they may be struggling with AND the stuff they have for us to review with the kids daily. The program is sooooo strong. I could go on for days BUT I love it. And I think I even watched a few of your videos about it either just before I purchased the first time or just after I started using it. Either way -> I love this video! Thank you for all your wise advice!

We've used math from cle. Gave my son a great foundation but he greatly dislikes and struggles with math so we switched to something with more games to make review tolerable for him. However, he is an AVID READER. my question is what is the reading curriculum like? What are your thoughts, a review on the skills, the books they read, and how teacher intensive is it. Hes going into 4th grade. Thank you.

Do you feel like the 4 pages for Math and language arts are overwhelming? I LOVE everything I have seen, but feel like I have to choose one or the other because it will be a headache for my kids to do 8 pages each per day. What are your thoughts or recommendations!? SO VERY MUCH appreciated!!!

There is so much I really have to do a video to fully explain but I will say that you don't have to have your child do everything there is a lot of built in review. You can start with one and add more in. DM me on insta and we can talk some more

Im looking for a math curriculum that will have options (video instruction) to teach my child when they eventually enter a math level that is beyond my capabilities 😅 Does CLE offer anything like that?

No, CLE doesn't have a video option but Teaching Textbooks does. It is not as advanced as CLE, but it certainly simplifies things for parents. I am sticking with CLE for now. Night possibly use it later in HS, but I won't switch as long as what I have now is working.

It does not have video but builds towards independence. After level 2 my kiddos are fully independent with minor help on specific challenges that they may have.

@@PlanPrepPray yep, mine are fairly independent , too. I love how it teaches directly in the student book. My six year old learning how to borrow when subtracting simply from reading the instructions in his book. I thought I was going to have to explain and demonstrate how to do it several times, but he understood after reading it just once. I like having a curriculum that my kids can do independently without it being a video. That's not to say there isn't any value in video learning and that I would never do it. But I have found a curriculum that's solid, simple, gentle, and leans toward helping kids be independent fairly early. Of course, each child is different so some might take longer than others before they become independent. CLE is set up nicely for homeschooling moms who have multiple things to juggle daily

My eldest is 13 and did the 7th grade math this year. It was hard! And already some of it was past my own comfort level. BUT the light units are so thorough that I learned those hard things right along with him. We love CLE :)

We are currently using level 3 with my 4th grader and she loves it and can't wait to do level 4.

I did 5th and 7th grade math this year with my boys. I was pretty nervous when we started because it looked very challenging. My 5th grader especially has just blown up with his math skills. He was struggling a lot last year with a different video based and supposedly gentle curriculum but has excelled far beyond my expectations with CLE in only one year! My 7th grader has always been good at math and has been doing great with CLE as well. I love it!
