Try using unstrippable on at least silver also if your using badges like fearless finisher it lowers your chances of dunking

exactly my big literally has rise up, poster, and fast twitch on HOF yet sometimes he goes up so slow and weak sometimes. and this game is catered to standing layups because it’s like rolling a dice whether or not you get contest or not even if you jump at the right time.

Steals don’t need a nerf at all. His is one of the first years that stats matter. If I have a 99 steal and pick pocket HOF. I should be able to rip a player with 80 ball handling a lot (which I do). If you don’t want to get ripped then make a high Ball control build

Defense on next gen vs comp isn't good at all. It's impossible to guard that side to side quick chain stuff people do. You don't get bumping animations. They need realistic foot planting and change of direction like Madden has. Current gen and next gen shouldn't have similar gameplay and movement.

@Clyde Wellington I am on current gen. I hardly ever play park or rec or any of that though so it's slightly different. I've started tracking my 3pt shooting now, so I can see the changes over time. I only started this two days ago but the numbers are crazy. My last 3 games 8-27, 6-23, 2-29. One thought I had is that maybe they buffed contests? Because I went to practice and if I can manage to create 3+ft of space it feels normal but if a defender manages to even get sort of close it feels like the shooting window closes down faster than I can manage to adjust. Like a 35% contest feels like I will shoot 10% or less. And I'll just start to play different, I'm not gonna let it ruin the game, I like post play anyway. If the outcome is that I'm forced to just play very smart and conservative, that's a good thing long term.

And AI defenders with low speeds chase you down after you pass them and slow you down. I've had layup and dunk animations altered because flash caught up to me with a 70 speed rating, versus my 90 speed. I can be 5+ steps ahead and they still manage to bump me or pull me into some weird animation

I think it's one of their better releases for sure, but they still have some work to do

Bruh… there is a badge to help u make whites… every shot u make should not be green… no one shoots like that. No one want to play a game like that either. Watch the lil 5-9 pgs and u will get sick of seeing greens 😂. On next gen the only problem is the on ball steals. If u allow them hof pick and hof unpluckable what u think would happen. We should be able to body them up to steal from them as well. But instead 200lbs bounces off 130lbs with HOF clamps. I can deal with bad passes stolen but it’s very unfair advantages to having those guys on ur team. I don’t even like playing with them.

Exactly I feel like an average defender shouldn't be giving me a body up animation every time I try to dribble Harrison Barnes had a 78 perimeter defense and I couldn't get by him I have silver space creator and tight handles and I cant get any separation on my step back move and they need to penalize people for playing poor defense in rec center because people literally spamm x and it takes zero to no skill to play defense in rec center because everyone has a 99 steal rating defense in 2k has become less skill based and more based on luck like how many times have you gotten a steal and the ball some how ends up in the opponents hand for a wide open shot It happens to me all the time
