Yes they did I sat through the debate and the Tories brought up this very scenario Sturgeon brushed it off the same as every other scenario put forward in the debate Sturgeon brushes it all off saying she was going to protect Trans rights. I watched in disbelief at what she said to EVERY Possible scenario. That was her reason for putting the women wearing suffragettes scarfs out of the gallery because she knew this bill was taking away Women’s rights and did not want to be challenged from the gallery. She knew exactly what she was about to do. Further=more She done this bill in the week that was the run up to Xmas hoping no one would notice because that’s how the SNP handles things sneaky & sly. A human rights lawyer would disagree and he would end up in a woman’s prison. During the trial the judge insisted the rapist was referred to she and the judgement was she committed the the rapes when he was a man. I thought in court you had to tell the truth.

Then I would say this convicted rapist is a significant threat to women especially inside a prison even if he/she is in solitary. The fact that he/she doesn’t have the right to be sent to a woman’s prison as Mrs Sturgeon stated should mean that it shouldn’t have even been considered given the nature of the offence. He/She in my opinion should have been put in solitary in a Mens prison.
