After birth: services and support 

In this video, parents and health professionals talk about support for new mothers. A midwife will usually visit you at home soon after birth. You’ll also see child and family health nurses at home or at your local clinic. One mum says this helped with breastfeeding. Playgroups can be a good way to get together with other mothers from the same cultural background.
