13:36 There is something absurd about the fact that nobody cares, including the authorities, when it is obvious that there are children and minors being abused in plain sight!

@@kauaku4424 I was saying about the blatant abuse of children and minors is being ignored by everyone, including the local authorities, which is truly absurd. What does it have to do with foreigners or holders of UN cards?

@@raychabaharuddin3399 if you are Malaysian... You will know... Some of the minister said that we cannot do anything for them coz they hold "UN CARD" thats why police and goverment did do nothing... Honestly im sick of this " UN Card"... We didnt sign agreement to keep them... But we have to accept them... Dont want to be cruel or something... But they came here make social problems...

@@kauaku4424 Hence, the Ministers are low-level con artists for making such an unintelligent and desperate statement. There is no connection between their status as refugees or their possession of UNHCR cards. It is important to note that if this is the case, these individuals are technically exempt from criminal liability and are not subject to the law of the land. In Malaysia, it is a criminal offence to use children for begging. The government or police do nothing about it even though a crime is being committed with the excuse of 'UNHCR card holders'. Therefore, if these people cannot be criminally responsible, other criminal offences such as homicide or child rape, for instance, shall apply equally - and that would be disaster to the country. UNHCR cards are merely a means of establishing an individual's status as a stateless person or as a refugee facing prosecution in their home country. As far as I am aware, there are no special laws attached to the UNHCR card that indicate the holder is exempt from any provisions within the laws of the country in which he is domiciled. There are no other reasons on the part of the government except that they are inefficient and heartless in allowing the helpless children to suffer.

@@raychabaharuddin3399gives an F. They came here and caused problems. They should leave and go wherever they are treated best. Maybe we could send them all to Europe & The US & Australia since they are the ones who make up this stoopid UNHCR rule at the first place. Plus, these are HOMELESS FOREIGN PEOPLE. Why should we care about housing these people? Just because Aung San Suu Kyi decided to destroy Myanmar, it doesn't mean we should take their leftovers. This is Myanmar's problems, they should settle it not us. They should take back their own people. Malaysian tax revenue is for Malaysians, this is a country, this is not an international relief organization. Since they are homeless what do u expect us to do? Send their parents to prison? For what? For being homeless? And after we send their parents to prison what should we do with the child? Send them to an orphanage? Again using Malaysian tax revenue. We don't want it. Maybe if you love them so much, you should take them to your house and feed them food. Don't expect the taxpayers to do so. U want to do it, you do it. Don't force others to do it. Talk is cheap.

At least police bantuan still present in KL everywhere. Try going to Paris where you get pickpocketed even in crowded places.
