My apologies if the video is alil blurry some days my camera doesn’t wanna cooperate 🤦🏾♂️ that’s why I’m buying a new one ASAP 😂 we upgraded for 100k! Thanks for all the love and continuous support! Be sure to comment your favorite video by him and I will do it next
@@basenatic absolutely! you have to give credit more to Hercules and Pocahontas since one is in mythology and the other was an actual real person where disease actually killed her
If you know anything about Disney branding, you'll know they wouldn't damage the way kids see their characters like that. Only parody laws are protecting him, and he has to be very careful to stick within them. Disney is brutal about it. And yes, that video very clearly does say Playlist Live.
You know what's funny? He said, " I don't think Hamlet ended up this way." Because The Lion K8ng characters were inspired by characters written by William Shakespeare.
They weren't though. Jon solo did a messed up origins over the lion king and it was a coincidence as they shared a similar story type. They only noticed the similarity afterwards.
Yes I do know that it wasn't intentional at first but after realizing many similarities the intention from there. The directors of the original movie even admitted that they had those undeniable similarities. The story itself wasn't based off of it but their characters definitely grew into similar ones. I guess I should correct myself in saying that they weren't inspired by the play but rather the inspiration grew into a similar story and then the intention on creating the story similar was on purpose at that point.
I like how literally the only actually happily after story is Mulan finding out being trans. Everyone else is fucked and Mulan just there being himself on a supportive environment with lots of self steem.
He's been going through puberty for 80 years, the whole thing was basically about him having sex with everyone and apparently "the mermaids are wet for days"
@@BillyYouSoCrazy one that I was really surprised you didn't react to was the part about mermaids being wet for days (maybe just my dirty mind but that seemed like more than just a reference to them living in water lol)
What's crazy about this whole thing is the way he's edited the video... he has't... you realize he's done each individual song by keeping tune and key and rhythm per person each time he's done it WITH the matching choreography!
God I love these. And I'm so glad you caught what Mulan was GOING to say. I've seen reactions where it took then ten minutes after the video to finally realize the joke there. xD My personal favorite of the three is Hercules one. Got that awesome beat of Hercules and the hilarious standoff between Hercules and Jesus. xD
I've watched a lot (A LOT!) of reactions to these over the years, and you're one of the tiny minority who caught nearly all the jokes right out of the box. A bunch of wanna-be reactors out there either talk over the whole damn thing and say how pretty the music was, or have no reaction because they have zero experience in the real world. When a reactor actually pays attention, instead of checking the video off their list to get easy views, they get my respect, my thumbs up, and my sub.
When he said that I was like 🤦Wait for it😏😁 Surprised he didn't spit or choke on his drink btw. If this was live I would of warn him not drink during this viewing. 😆 (laughing so hard milk thru nose image came to mind)
I love how the soldiers in Mulan are all also feeling conflict cause they like Mulan and think she's a guy xD "I've never seen a guy so hot." "Every time he speaks he makes me want to sing." "Be quiet or we'll get caught!" "Maybe one day he'll screw me~" I died after this x0x
oh man, i never comment on your videos (watch most), but this had me giggling at all the faces you were making once you were putting the references together! XD
I've been a fan of Paint/Jon Cozart since my friend showed me the first After Ever After. I couldn't stop watching and singing to that one then to that and the second one and now all three. You should react to his Christmas songs since it's that time of year!
Peter Pan was a human boy who lived with fairies. He was taught to fly by fairies and birds at 7 days old. The name and playing of flutes was to the Greek mythology of Pan. That was The Little White Bird in 1902, the original story of Peter Pan. You are referring to the 1911 novel of Peter and Wendy which never says he is an angel: "At first Mrs. Darling did not know, but after thinking back into her childhood she just remembered a Peter Pan who was said to live with the fairies. There were odd stories about him; as that when children died he went part of the way with them, so that they should not be frightened. She had believed in him at the time, but now that she was married and full of sense she quite doubted whether there was any such person." Neverland in the novel is a location in every child's mind and where Mrs Darling comes across Peter in all of her children's minds before she remembers she used to know him, and tells Wendy not long after that he would be grown up now. Also all three of the Darling children return and grow up after going with Peter. The Lost Boys and other inhabitants of Neverland not aging is addressed in the works before the novel as Neverland is only awake when Peter is there. It's one of his abilities just like being the only boy to be able to fly without fairy dust. So it was not an angel origin, nor taking them to heaven, even in the novel 9 years after the original version of a 7 day old boy taught to fly by fairies and birds.
i was obsessed with these videos when they came out. just rewatched them all and i love them more now that i understand all the jokes. so many of them went over my head as a kid
His name is Jon Cozart (aka Paint)...btw at the end of the Mulan at the end of After Ever After 2...he says "Now I have a lot of self esteem thats why he smiles as Mulan at the end.
Speaking as someone who was in the hospital for over 250 days over the last 4 years, I can tell you it means a lot to have someone acknowledge the pain that occurs and the joy that we get from videos similar to yours… Thank you!
Oh gawd I'm dying! I'm having a reaction to the video right along with you! I've never seen this before. Hahaha. On a different note - he's a good singer!
This video helped me decide to subscribe. I have seen a few of your videos but I always enjoy finding people who can see these videos for what they are.
Funny how people that grew up with disney are like "OmG wHaT hE JusT sAId" and first time i watched this my reaction was "cool, some things don't make too much sense but cool, man" 😂
A. Ariel died in pain in the original story. She got legs but Ursula didn't give her gills so she drowned. B. Pocahontas died of diseases brought over from the white man. She never had a love affair with John Smith. In fact he is likely a myth borne of propaganda. And C. Mulan was discovered to be a woman early in her military career and publicly executed by beheading for impersonating an imperial soldier. Every Disney story has a very disturbing dark side that they clean up and make pretty for the kids.
Oh awesome, you did it! AND you got the joke at the end of AEA 2 with Mulan! Most people don’t get it on first viewing I’m impressed. Yeah, these are SO good! I suggest these to every video reactor...although they’re debatably not family friendly. Definitely not your childhood Disney! But Paint is awesome! He also does a really good version of “Stitches!” And his “Boy Band Parody” with Peter Hollens is hilarious!
Plot twist Disney: OMG LETS HIRE HIM! Boss of disney: OMG YES Paint: DANG MATPAT I SHOULD OF NOT LET YOU CONIVNCE ME MatPat: .......... heh ............
I just watched this, found you looking at other videos and this was the first time I watched you or him and oh my, that was...holy shit. I was laughing and crying and just in utter shock, but I loved all of it!
Another fun one by him (great for next month) is Progressive Christmas Carols. He is also the one that did the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings in 99 seconds videos.
