this whole process is frustrating...you get 20 different answers for one question. I've noticed too even on the USCIS website you get different answers to the same question. I've had multiple answers given to me for processing times...i've had 10.5 months, 11 months, 12.5 months, 14.5 months, even 43 months....you get a straight answer. even when I ask does the est. processing time include time for interview...I get yes and no.... Im trying to get things situated here before my wife and step daughter arrive but, can't due to the lack of information I get....its a joke.

All family petitioners should be arranged a campaign before USA election. Immigration reform and visa Cap increase. Without increase visa Cap family immigration never be fast. So move on for your family members.

My i130 has been approved. I got married to a U.S. citizen, but I came through the border. My wife kicked me out of the house , but my attorney told me our green card interview has been approved by i130 and that my wife do not have any power to terminate my green card application. I’m now staying with my friend. I’m worried any help here please.

Thank you for the information. I have a question regarding the processing timelines for F1 visa applications. Let's assume that USCIS has approved my I-130 petition and my case is now with the NVC in the F1 (first family preference) category. The current wait times for this category are around 11 years. However, I'm unsure if other country's visa backlog affects me. in my county(Somalia) we don’t have visa backlogs. So, Even if there's no backlog in my country, would I still need to wait the full 11 years?

Hi I got approved letter i_797 from USCIS. However the letter said you did not indicate on the petition whether the beneficiary intends to apply for an immigrant visa abroad at us embassy or us consulate or will apply for adjustment of status in the US. Therefore USCIS has detained petition..what should I do now thanks you

Hi I hope you doing good, like your video they are very good and informative. What if you received your -799 approval notice for I-129 with no priority date but the notice have a validity date from 3-8-24 to 7-8-24 what does that means the petition is a US citizen ?? Thanks for the response.

Hey how are u?my wifey applied for my little brother he is 16 to come in United states form i 130 ..he did the interview but they said they have to send the case to USCIS ....i contacted USCIS they said case its transfered to NVS, I CONTACTED NVS they said its going through administrative processing, , should i be afraid of a denial

The American immigration is a very big pain to green card holders and American citizens these days, it takes forever to do the simplest things these days my family have been waiting for final interview for years and I am a citizen of this country and I’m not the only one in this mess. What used to take 4 months takes almost 8 years now they make me so mad. Meanwhile they can easily bring in people that will eventually terrorize the country that’s the immigration for you today

Good day! My question is what will happen if my parents, the sponsor dies before i can send all the required documents. I have already paid the affidavit of support and the visa, i have completed some of the requirements, but the AOS coming from my brother, Iwas not able to send because the data capacity of the exceeds from its normal required data of 4mb. It also stated in the AOS that if the sponsor dies the one who made the AOS can still process the said petition. How true is this. Thank you I hope I can received a reply from you. God bless

Hi thank you for all these up dates. My daughter petitioned for me in NY, in jan 2023, I am French and in France, received the ok in early feb2024. I had an O1 visa that was extended in 2007-11. Hello i received i-130 approval for my kids who are still abroad. But the approval stated rhat my attorney didnt state whether the kids are within the state or outside . We have now been adviced to file i-824 . My questions are 1. how long will it take for NVC to receive our case ? Same 4- 8 weeks ? 2. I had this same issue last year. My I-130 was approved, but we made an error as we didn't state where we wanted the approval to be sent. We had to file I-824. Sadly, I-824 can be a very lengthy process. Some even considered me lucky to have had my I-824 approved in 8 months, it took that long for our case to be sent to NVC after approval. Some people have been waiting for over a year. It was a very frustrating time for us. Yes, the fees could have been avoided if the attorney had filed the paperwork correctly
