I found this video while searching a way to try and explain what I’m experiencing. I found myself weeping through the whole video. I’ve felt stuck, misplaced, lost and just hearing someone else talk about what I experienced, the awakening, I don’t know it moved me? Or maybe it was because I was hearing someone else tell me what I’ve been searching for where I am within myself. Thank you.

This is absolutely beautiful! Mine is a gradual process and I can relate to so much you are saying. My mind has become quieter and quieter that there are gaps between my thoughts and during meditation there are moments when i can easily choose to just 'be' and not be thinking anything. Craaazy

This silenced happened with joy and awe for hours and I was amazing. I didn’t want it to end. Yet today it happened again but without the joy just pure silence. I’m only just getting thoughts again. Honestly I’m terrified now not sure if I even want to loose my ego. Although I’m sensing I don’t have a choice.

i'm 4 months into the silence,really felt the contrast too because i 'had' adhd previous to the pop. but now i don't know what to make of anything, ive been learning about the various angles of spirituality,accepting them,and then rejecting them..but it's like rejecting these things has nothing to do with me,i'm not choosing to do so,i liked/believed a lot of it,then it was meaningless. strangely there are odd brief moments that i miss my old life playing destiny and watching horror movies..it had a comfort to it,no doubt a bit of shadow shitting itself. now time isn't relevant and everythings a strange-loop. this is all very beautiful and unsettling in equal measure.

Thank you for sharing. The journey is been painful, still integrating but so worth it. I've been able to heal so many wound from my childhood, past lifes and family karma that I feel closer and closer to that state of bliss and balance I felt with the kundalini awakening. wow you are spot on and speaking exactly to where i am currently at... i had a kundalini awakening in 2019-2020 and its dissipated now and ive noticed how i am falling back into old habits and ways of thinking and im feeling rather stagnant and dont really know right now how to move past this

Yeah, ever since my Kundalini awakening my mind is so quiet, not always, but sometimes, it's weird. I can sometimes or seldom sit still while doing nothing while feeling ok, even for 10 Minutes, sometimes even longer.

Hi I am in the silence state but very calm but at times my ego comes in saying why am I not tasting the necta the bliss state . Felt connection to source now I feel I’m chasing it . Have to keep telling myself to let go and trust the universe to guide me xx

I completed a kundalini awakening a few days ago and i am at the silence portion of this spiritual journey. But my mind has been pushing all day and night for something to be involved in that it is comfortable with its giving me headaches and im constantly being bothered by external hectic events that feels like negative energy trying to push me out of my silence. Is this normal? is there anything I should be doing that I'm not.?

My son had a spontaneous for 3.8 years he has been doing the sitting in stillness quietness all day off and on for one year is that normal?
