Twenty-five years in prison and then executed. This is what I would call mis-managing one's life.

He was definitely a narcissistic. Was he smiling when finally taken to the death chamber? It’s too bad it took this long for justice to be served.

I am totally for the Death Penalty, especially in such gruesome cases. But why would you send a person to be put to death for one life, while sparing another sick murderer for murdering 17 people in Parkland?? Were their lifes less important than this victim?? The USA makes less and less sense to the World everyday. Seriously.

Senseless murder. None of this had to happen. But he chose his fate. Just because he wasn’t at the crime scene or pulled the trigger doesn’t make him innocent. Idiot should have read the law before having Farah murdered. George Rivas from the Texas 7 took full responsibility for shooting the cop. Most have been executed and 2 are still on death row. I have mixed emotions on the DP. But I have zero compassion for him. His narcissism made him believe he’d never do prison time by giving the “I was at church” alibi. I hope he’s experiencing the same fear Farah did before she died.

It's such a waste of lives for all concerned.Even those guilty prisoners, could have taken a better route in life such as the military but they chose to take the bad choice. I just wonder if someone some day can help figure out a better way to guide people to make better choices.

He had the worst defense lawyers. He should have never been found guilty of first or second degree murder. If he had better defense lawyers before, he could have either beat this charge or gotten out in less than 10 years.

0:49 that is the detective throwing his keys at him after questioning him about the murder. That does not seem very professional and indicates that Fratta was not afforded the presumption of innocence (the same detective stated on camera "he has been lying, making trouble")....hang on...isn't it his job simply to investigate the crime, and then if he believes he commit a crime refer it to the DA for prosecution? Not to go throwing keys at somebody and call someone a liar who who has not even been charged. The more I look at this case, the more it seems the police and prosecution did a lousy job, using all manner of unconstitutional tricks to secure a conviction so they could pat themselves on the back. He may well be guilty, but he sure has hell has not been convicted fairly. The courts would not even address his claims of innocence due to procedural grounds. That is, because he proceeded pro se. At least, rule on his claims before you send him to the chamber!
