Living between three time zones and working for two coasts, to manage my documents and easily do hassle free without need of an actual scanner and scan with amazing picture quality, I use this app called CamScanner everyday. Download it today from app store or play store today!
It comes with tonnes of features but my absolute favorite are:
1. Annotation and highlight - annotate the document after scanning.
2. OCR text - Optical Character Recognition feature recognizes and export texts from images into .txt file. You can then select the text and copy and paste.
3. Batch function - Scan multiple pages of paper into a document (PDF, Word, etc)
