Hey Matt, hope you are doing great. I am a 17 years old guy who wants to learn sales. However, I do not know where to start and whom to follow, as there are many sales coaches and internet gurus out there. After watching some of your videos and knowing about you, I thought you would be the right one to ask from. Can you spare 5 mins of yours and reply me on what exactly to do?

But what if your SaaS is new to market, first of its kind? Having a defined, focused target account list is fine if your product is established enough to see a trends towards customers and use cases but not if you have 20 customers in 5 different verticals with the intention to displace existing market leaders.

I find the vast majority of sales people need to work on interpersonal skills and making genuine connections. I find cold calls and extreme peristence a massive turnoff. I will not give my business to any company who encourages their employees to cold call daily. Don't disrespect my time. Also, don't come into my business unnannounced.
