So we actually had to get out of the water because the woman had been attacked and they said that shark was 13 foot and that two girls were attacked at Walton beach 4 miles down. So it was red flagged and no swimming. But that shark came in right after. During the red flag. Now , I have fished my whole life and I actually never have made my family get out of the water at the beach. But the boat fish were crazy that day. Very active. Bonita and tarpon were racing in and feeding on the bait fish. Especially flying fish. It got so active that, I finally said okay, get out. That many big fish means bigger fish and I was right for my family that day. I feel really bad for the people who got bit that day. We need to pay attention more to the signs around us in nature.
