Idk if this is relevant to this video, but I'm taking time off for elbow tendonitis from too many pull ups. What exercises could I still do while nursing this thing back to health?. I searched for it but all I get are exercises to fix the tendonitis. I'm afraid of doing anything because the pain was absolutely brutal but I'm also going crazy because I can't just sit here and not do anything. I'm spending lots of time on deep tissue massage and flexion and extension strengthening exercises but I miss my workouts
