After she swims I rinse the hair and apply more conditioner over her hair if she is swimming day after day. Then il fully shampoo after about 3-5 days depending on the dynamic.
If it's a one and done swim then wel prep the hair with fully saturated water, a leave in and a braid/bun or something contained. Then after swimming il rinse the hair thoroughly, take it down from the braids and shampoo with a moisturizing shampoo, follow with a clarifying shampoo then finish up with a conditioner. Then go into your styling.
