What a great analogy. Simple enough for everyone to understand, especially us visual people. Im glad I found this channel by accident yesterday. I look forward to getting more nuggets!
Braids are a no-no after high lift color. Braiders use gel to keep the natural hair neat and tightly tucked into the braid. Those braids will destroy fragile hair. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
Sess! Thank you. This is a hard thing to adjust to. You could do a whole workshop and discussion in just that idea. 😂 Lol. We hear you, but do we truly understand? I’ll watch your full wash and go video to see if I can better understand. I don’t like to put a lot of product but I usually do spray it with water to revive the curls each day. But I haven’t fully done your version of a wash and go. I’ve done twist/braid outs. How do you feel about using a hand to fluff the curls after sleeping in a bonnet in the AM? Sometimes the hair be flattened.
Can you do a video on color treated natural hair. Products and how to keep it looking fresh. I 95% of the time wear a wash n go, and the other time it's in a bun. Thanks!
I don't know if I agree with this one because I need product to style my hair I wear silk cap on my head and in the morning in order to style my hair so it doesn't look messy I have to put water in my hair and I may have to put a little product in my hair if I haven't put any the previous day like mooses or gels oh by the way I got a conditioner that I seen you using LANZA healing curls butter conditioner haven't tried it yet it's going to try it today
If you are wearing a Washngo and you give yourself a hard set that first wash day when you set it, it should last you the whole week and just get more and more evolved.. my hair is so loose it only lasts a few days before I put it up but the looser the hair, the least amount of days you will get out of it being super defined
How much is it online. I’m ready! I live in a community of predominantly middle-age to elder Caucasians, and a few young black girls. The black girls just got out of school and their real skills are braids, weaves and wigs. I don’t do any of those things. My hair is MOSTLY like yours-meaning natural and curly-except that I cut off 12 inches because I didn’t know what else to do to make it look good. HELP!!!
So you can do "spot-protein treatment"?? (meaning just adding protein to a certain section only) My crown is looser because of cuticle blast but the rest of my hair has great protein-moisture. I wonder if its from indirect heat/sitting under my hooded dryer at the end of every wash n go🤔 Thanks for sharing just found your channel @FlourishCurls❤
